request more informationBy achieving and maintaining Certified Servicing Integrator status in 1999 we are authorized to perform warranty repair on any Fanuc robots. This ensures end-user customers receive prompt, qualified service consistent with expectations of FANUC Robotics. There are only a handful of Authorized Integrators who have achieved Certified Servicing Status in North America.
To become a certified servicing integrator requires a substantial commitment from a robotic integrator.
- We keep a large quantity of spare parts in stock for most robot models and platforms.
- We have individual service kits for RJ, RJ2, RJ3, RJ3iB and R30iA controllers for quick downtime response
- We maintain multiple demonstration robots for training and troubleshooting
- We have multiple Master Certified Engineers as well as Certified Service Engineers on staff.
- All of our service engineers are certified before working on Fanuc robots.
- Each service engineer must attend at least one week of Fanuc training per year.
- We have 24-hour support coverage
